For 10 years I had PCOS but didn’t know what was happening to my body or how to handle it. It took a major toll on my confidence and image of myself. When I was finally diagnosed 7 years ago, I became devoted to finding an answer to lose my PCOS weight and neglected the mental wounds I’d sustain because of it. I lost the weight and I lost myself in doing so.

Hi! My name’s Emma!
I live in New Hampshire with my two cats. I have been training in the gym for ten years, but my foundations are in ballet. I have PCOS and, possibly just like you, I struggle to manage depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, burn out and PCOS. But I keep my chin up and take it a day at a time. My work helping others like me keeps me going!
When I started my fitness journey, frustration with PCOS caused me to develop an unhealthy relationship with my body image that held me back from enjoying my life and seeing the things I was accomplishing.
During this time I discovered that no situation is quite as unique as an individual’s battle with PCOS weight struggles, general fitness, stress, food, self-worth, body image, and so much more.
As a woman with PCOS I understand that for many of us this condition can play a frustrating and discouraging part in our lives. But I believe it doesn’t have to be that way. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, I also understand fitness for PCOS is not simply about appearance. It’s one of the tools that can help change our inner narratives toward healing and self-celebration. It aids us in seeing the beauty we are today instead of feeling like we have to hide. And through this we are able to live happier, more satisfying lives.
Through loving yourself, your body will naturally find the comfortable weight YOU were meant to be, the foods that are right for YOU, and YOUR right processes for managing stress, making you feel confident and ready to tackle the world!
It is my mission to help individuals find the balance between healthy physical and mental habits that lead them to live a fulfilling life, giving them the strength to heal the thoughts that tell them otherwise.
My method is to ease you into forming new habits, gradually building one on top of the other. My programs are not meant for those who want quick results! Results that stay only come with diligence and patience. I won’t throw a thousand new lifestyle changes at you all at once because I want to set you up for success in the long term.
The goal is to gain the love for yourself you need to succeed. When you have and utilize the right tools, you can reach and maintain the results you want.
